BigBrain licensing

"BigBrain" refers to any licenses of any of the "BigBrain" family of products, including Pro, Ultra, ProC etc.

Comercial customers who purchased BigBrain from Digital Tundra LLC are
granted license to distribute unlimited quantities of COMPILED applications from
BigBrain and to redistribute the BigBrainShareMem.dll included in the
package, so long as:
1) The source code for BigBrainPro.pas is NOT included in your product.
2) The source license is not transferred to another 3rd party. (For example, if you
are a consultant, the company you are consulting for is responsible for their
own license)
3) The product is NOT a competing product with any Digital Tundra LLC product.

YOU MAY NOT use BigBrain as a basis for a competing memory manager or any other product
that directly competes with Digital Tundra LLC.

SUPPORT

Paid customers of the "Ultra" or "Corporate" edition are are entitled 1 Year total integration support and performance guarantees listed below. In the event that support is requested, Digital Tundra LLC will perform due dilligence to determine whether program errors are the cause of the memory manager, or whether the errors come from the customers' code.

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES

Digital Tundra LLC will guarantee to paid customers of the "Ultra" version of BigBrain:
1. That the memory manager performs defect-free so long as the customer has not modified the source code and is using the default compiler directives.
2. That the memory manager "outscales" the Borland stock memory manager for all versions of Delphi released before 2007 on multi-cpu systems and multi-threaded applications. Digital Tundra LLC does not guarantee increased performance in single-threaded applications, nor on single-cpu systems.

In the event that Digital Tundra LLC relases a competing product after you
received this license you will retain all rights mentioned in this agreement.
